Job summary

Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center–Spokane is seeking an OR support team member to assist surgical staff in daily operations, case cart management, and instrument sterilization. You will work under RN supervision and help maintain a clean, organized OR environment.

Minimum BLS certification is required upon hire; experience in acute care is preferred. This is a full-time, day-shift position located on-site in Spokane, WA, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Description

Assists surgical staff members in the daily operations of the OR, including case cart management, procurement of supplies and instruments, sterilization of instruments and operating room housekeeping duties under the direct supervision of the registered nurse and/or nurse manager. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes and supports the Core Values of the Sisters of Providence.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
