Job summary
Keck Medicine of the University of Southern California seeks a fellowship trained, board certified Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgeon at the assistant or associate professor level in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The role combines clinical excellence with teaching and scholarly activity at Keck Medical Center and affiliated hospitals.
The candidate will lead the development of the MIS Gynecology program, engage in outreach, and collaborate on pathways, ERAS, and quality
Qualifications
- MD degree with completion of a 4-year ACGME accredited Ob/Gyn residency.
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery.
- Licensed to practice medicine in California by appointment.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced hysteroscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures (e.g., hysterectomy, myomectomy, endometriosis excision).
- Provide outpatient and surgical care for complex benign gynecologic conditions.
- Collaborate on care pathways, ERAS protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to teaching, training, and mentorship of trainees.
