Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on real estate business transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.
• With paralegal support, conduct due diligence, including reviewing title, surveys, and other related documents.
• Work directly with clients, internal teams, and external parties to ensure successful transaction closings.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate counsel.
• Support the firm’s commitment to fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admittance to the New York state bar.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
