Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required and at least 3 years of experience, or Bachelor degree and at least 1 year of experience.
• Sound judgment with effective decision making skills and the ability to solve problems or escalate as needed.
• Understanding of GMP/GLP regulations and testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform routine test article preparation and testing per NAMSA SOPs.
• Prepare or participate in test specifications per applicable standards and client instructions.
• May have direct client contact as needed.
• Review incoming test articles and paperwork for accuracy; escalate issues.
• Accurately collect and record raw data in logbooks and worksheets.
• Operate laboratory equipment and run specific tests; respond to alarms as required.
