Associate Metrics/Air Emission Software Implementation Consultant

WSP is seeking an Associate Metrics/Air Emission Software Implementation Consultant to work remotely with our global Digital Solutions Team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients across various industries to develop and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather technical requirements for software configuration.
• Configure and test software to ensure it meets design specifications.
• Create detailed documentation for testing and verification of results.
• Design reports and dashboards using available tools.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Demonstrate software functionalities to clients and provide training and support.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and analysis activities.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and support project timelines.
• Maintain ethical standards and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience with software platforms related to environmental permitting, emission calculations, sustainability, or ESG metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead junior team members.
• Experience with large datasets and spreadsheet tools.

Preferred:

• Degree in science, technology, engineering, meteorology, sustainability, or mathematics.
• Certifications in Data Science or Information Management.
• Bilingual abilities.
• Experience with Intelex ACTS or similar software.

Benefits & Compensation

WSP offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and more. Salary range: $65,400 - $107,910 (varies by location and experience).
