About the Role

As an Associate Merchant, you’ll be immersed in a challenging, fast-paced environment to purchase , sell, and transport ingredients worldwide. By leveraging our complex agricultural supply chain across industries, you will:

• Develop skills to buy and sell grain , feed and food ingredients.
• B uild and maintain varied business relationships with customers, suppliers and transportation partners
• Learn logistics and supply chain management, assisting or leading the execution of logistics planning.
• Interpret complex market dynamics by a ssist in prepari ng financial forecasts and market trend analys e s
• Build technical skills and understanding of contract management and accounts receivable for business team transactions
• Build the financial skills needed to manage a business's profit and loss performance

We have multiple locations for Pathways Associate Merchants. In the interview process, you will be asked for your location preferences between Omaha, NE and Overland Park, KS.

Scoular Pathways Program is a two-year development program that immerses new graduates in broad-based, accelerated learning, developed to drive profitability through diverse experiences, active networking, and ongoing education.
