Qualifications

Utilizing data analysis and financial insights, the Associate Merchant contributes to forecasting, budgeting, and assortment planning. • Proven experience in vendor relationship management and supplier negotiations within a retail or merchandising environment.
• Strong proficiency in category strategy development and execution to support business growth and customer needs.
• Ability to analyze data effectively, leveraging insights to inform purchasing decisions and inventory management.
• Skilled in managing purchase orders and resolving supplier-related issues to ensure seamless category operations.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to support promotional activities, pricing strategies, and item setup processes.
• Demonstrated capability to track financial performance and support budgeting and forecasting efforts at the category level.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
