Join our Merchandising team as an Associate Merchant.
In This Role
- Take ownership of the accuracy and reliability of merchandising data and reporting tools.
- Support Senior Merchants in developing assortment line plans and executing product strategies across assigned categories.
- Regularly audit merchandising data, product information, pricing, and reporting outputs to maintain data integrity across systems and processes.
- Analyze historical sales performance, business trends, inventory performance, and market dynamics to identify growth, expansion, and optimization opportunities.
- Translate data findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations that support assortment, pricing, inventory, and product strategy decisions.
- Maintain ongoing awareness of marketplace trends through competitive shopping, retail research, online analysis, trend sources, and consumer insights.
- Translate market and competitive trends into brand‑specific opportunities that support sales, profitability, and overall category growth.
- Support pricing analysis and gross margin goals through competitive pricing research, market analysis, and profitability review.
- Monitor sales performance and partner with Merchandising leadership to adjust strategies as needed to achieve category targets.
- Work closely with cross‑functional partners, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Planning, to align merchandising initiatives with broader business objectives.

The Ideal Person
- 3+ years of experience in retail planning, buying, merchandising, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
