Carter's in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Associate Merchant to support style set up, data-driven decision making, and seasonal line development. You will collaborate with design, planning and merchandising to optimize our product assortment for Babies and Young Children.

You will analyze retail metrics, manage samples, and contribute to margin goals while partnering on pricing and profitability. This role is based in Buckhead with a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in fashion merchandising, retail sales, or buying.
• Strong knowledge of retail metrics to effectively analyze results across channels and markets.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Style setup and system management using reports and FlexPLM inputs.
• Lead strategy and line structure development with cross-functional teams.
• Sample management: check-in, closet organization, and presentation setup.
• Costing, pricing, and margin management to meet revenue goals.
