Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in fashion merchandising, retail sales, or buying.
• Strong knowledge of retail metrics to analyze results across channels and markets.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• 40% Style setup and system management, ensuring accurate input in FlexPLM and related systems.
• 25% Lead strategy work and seasonal line structure with cross-functional partners.
• 20% Sample management including check-in, closet organization and presentation setup.
• 15% Costing, pricing and margin management to meet financial plans.
