You will work closely with our vendor and broker community.## Job Description**Description*** Negotiate and execute promotional merchandising programs with vendors and manufacturers (weekly ads/bi-annual food shows, Marketing events.* Negotiate opportunities with Vendors and Manufacturers maximizing profitable inventories by creating logistical and administrative efficiencies.* Learn the functions of various systems & reports for daily usage* Manage reconciliation of vendor rebate programs to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments from the vendor community.* Setup and maintain item and vendor data integrity, including pricing, item accuracy, item changes, item assortment, category marketing info, and lost income resolution.* Work on special projects with Senior Analysts and Mangers, such as representing division on specific weekly conference calls, food show coordination, retail merchandising, and other projects.* Work cross functionally with the Procurement team on excess inventory resolution.* Interface with other C&S departments, vendors, and retail customers for resolutions regarding invoicing, or deduction management.* Travel Required: No**Environment*** Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)**Skills*** Basic computer skills.
