Associate Mental Health Therapist (PT) - RMC

Join us at Lightheart Associates, a member of Transformations Care Network, as we seek passionate Associate Mental Health Therapists to make a difference in behavioral health. We are dedicated to improving access to mental health care and providing a supportive environment for therapists.

As a Therapist, you will work in a collaborative environment that emphasizes growth, development, and community impact. Our clinics offer a space to practice therapeutic interventions and develop your skills to serve diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability and resilience.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for holistic care.

Qualifications

• Possess an associate-level license or have completed a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields; candidates in process of licensure considered.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education.
• Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and ability to build rapport.
• Effective time management and administrative skills.
