Associate Mental Health Therapist - Northgate

Join us at LightHeart Mental Health, part of the Transformations Care Network (TCN), as we seek passionate Associate Mental Health Therapists to make a difference in behavioral health. We are dedicated to increasing access to mental health care and creating a supportive environment for therapists and clients alike.

As a therapist, you will work in a collaborative setting that fosters growth and development, providing therapeutic interventions to a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
  • Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
  • Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
  • Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
  • Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms timely and accurately.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and team members to deliver holistic care.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field; candidates in process of licensure considered.
  • Passionate about mental health and committed to quality care.
  • Open to ongoing professional development, including supervision and education.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Effective time management and administrative skills.
