Job summary
Lightheart Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking licensed or soon-to-be-licensed Associate Mental Health Therapists to join a collaborative clinical team in Redmond. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop crisis and safety plans, participate in case consultations, and coordinate with psychiatrists and nurses to support holistic care.

Qualifications
- Must have a Master’s degree in a related field and be pursuing or have licensure.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality mental health care.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing supervision and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
- Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
- Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.
