What You’ll Do:

• Maintain a caseload of 20+ clients per week (Full-Time)
• Develop detailed client documentation and treatment plans
• Use DSM-V or ICD-11 to create accurate diagnoses
• Provide Telehealth therapy through our HIPAA-compliant platform (SimplePractice)
• Offer culturally sensitive, evidence-based interventions
• Participate in weekly supervision and monthly staff meetings
• Deliver care with empathy and respect for all clients, regardless of background or identity
• Provide and receive respectful, constructive feedback

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State associate license (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSWAIC)
• Familiarity with DSM-V or ICD-11
• Experience working with diverse client populations
• Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• EMDR experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$34.00 - $43.00 per hour

Location:

Hybrid remote position based in Kirkland, WA 98033 (3 days in-office required)
