Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Avon is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide individual, couples, family and group therapy in a hybrid setting. You will evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and maintain client records with a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a behavioral field, Indiana licensure, and at least 1 year of experience. You’ll enjoy autonomy in scheduling, CEU opportunities, supervision, and a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 1 year of experience and clinical licensure in Indiana (LSW, LMHC, LMFTA).
• Experience with intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to model healthy boundaries with clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation updated in EHR and platforms.
• Schedule a minimum of 31 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team.
• Employ creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Coordinate care for assigned clients to ensure continuity.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and outreach.
• Engage with the community and maintain a positive workplace culture.

What your role entails:

• Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.
• Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
• A minimum of 31 scheduled client sessions per week, to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired)!
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
• Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
• Community involvement and engagement.
• A sense of humor and desire to have fun in the workplace will certainly help as well!

Required Qualifications

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and clinical licensure in the state of Indiana (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA)
• Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing
• General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms
• Ability to pass a background check.
