Summary Board Eligible or Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. At least 2 years (Assistant level) or 5 years (Associate level) of experience working with medically complex conditions, including pain and symptom management, palliative communications and provision of end-of-life care. As a Member of the Moffitt Medical Group (MMG), provides patient care and serves as a member of the academic medical enterprise. Spanning the clinical and research enterprise in support of patient care, research, and education, advances the Institutional mission of contributing to the prevention and cure of cancer. As a Palliative Care Physician of the Moffitt Medical Group (MMG), the incumbent agrees to undertake clinical related activity, including the provision of coverage in the assigned department, at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute Hospital, Inc. As such, the incumbent agrees to comply fully with MMG policies and procedures and the Hospital's Medical Staff Bylaws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
