Qualifications

• MD or DO required with board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics preferred.
• Experience in value-based care or managed care is highly desired.
• Willingness to travel within the designated market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor primary care teams across 3–5 clinics to ensure high-quality care.
• Partner with executive leadership to implement organizational initiatives and improve KPIs.
• Support clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and open new clinic launches.
