The Role

As an Associate Medical Director, you'll become a critical voice in translating clinical and scientific knowledge into smart, compelling brand strategy. Working closely with senior Medical Directors and cross-functional teams, you'll help shape communications that are accurate, relevant, and above all-powerful.

What You'll Do

• Develop a strong grasp of assigned brands, therapeutic areas, and competitive landscapes
• Ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with brand strategy across a range of deliverables
• Collaborate with creative, strategic, and account teams to bring the medical perspective to life
• Participate in workshops and support client interactions with confidence
• Stay on top of key literature, emerging data, and industry developments
• Contribute to pitch research, help craft medical backgrounders, and identify the "medical hook" in new business opportunities

Salary

$90,000 to $120,000 annually.
