We’re looking for an Associate Media Manager to join Brunswick’s Performance Marketing Center of Excellence (COE), supporting tactical campaign development, execution and optimization. This role is a key partner in driving best‑practice digital activation, with responsibility for planning, building, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across supported brands, regions and paid media channels. This role will support scaling our paid media program across digital channels to maximize results while maintaining cost efficiency. This is a hands‑on role responsible for managing day‑to‑day campaign execution, testing strategy, and optimization across established and emerging platforms. You'll manage existing channel performance (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) and identify new growth opportunities (e.g., TikTok, YouTube). The ideal candidate brings a growth mindset and strong expertise across core digital channels, including paid search, paid social, online video, and programmatic display, with the ability to translate strategy into operational excellence that drives business impact. Minimum of 3-5 years in advertising, media management, and/or media buying; experience in paid search and paid social, with hands‑on executional experience in planning and running large‑scale campaigns across Google, Bing and Meta (agency experience preferred). Experience designing, setting up, and analyzing results for A/B tests. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Strong verbal and written communication. Detailed oriented, organized with creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Global media management experience recommended but not required. Multi‑channel planning or activation experience recommended but not required.
3x in office per week required
The anticipated pay range for this position is $66,600-95,750, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
