Job Description:

The engineer works within a multi-functional hangar team to develop engineering solutions for aircraft life cycle sustainment. This role involves designing, modifying, and repairing aircraft structures, mechanical systems, and mission equipment while supporting the transition from engineering design to manufacturing and installation. The engineer must apply structural analysis and repair design skills to solve problems of varying complexity, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and make decisive recommendations. The position requires collaboration with diverse organizations including aircraft mechanics, manufacturing, program management, customer representatives, and other engineering disciplines. The engineer must understand customer needs and effectively communicate engineering rationale across all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical/Civil Engineering or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
