Exponent Inc. is seeking an Associate for its Mechanical Engineering Practice in Natick, MA. The role involves analyzing mechanical equipment failures, creating reports for clients, and executing laboratory tests. Ideal candidates will have a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or similar fields, extensive experience with machine components, and hands-on experience with design and prototyping. Total compensation includes a salary range of $135,000 to $160,000, performance bonuses, and benefits supporting career growth.
