What We Do

First American Data & Analytics seeks an Associate Marketing Specialist - Demand Generation to support targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth. This hybrid role involves building and deploying digital programs, primarily email and paid campaigns, to attract, engage, and convert prospective customers.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of marketing experience, excellent project management skills, and strong communication abilities. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to execute impactful campaigns and support demand strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and launch email campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, testing, automation workflows, and analytics tracking.
  2. Support paid demand generation programs (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads), assisting with creative, copy, targeting, and budget tracking.
  3. Assist in lead scoring, routing, and nurturing strategies in coordination with Sales and CRM teams.
  4. Maintain campaign timelines, calendars, and checklists for timely execution.
  5. Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and workflows to improve conversions.
  6. Analyze campaign performance and create reports with insights and recommendations.
  7. Support webinars and virtual events to meet lead generation goals.
  8. Maintain list hygiene and CRM data integrity.
Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of marketing experience with digital or demand generation focus.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational skills, with attention to deadlines and details.
  4. Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
  5. Understanding of digital marketing channels and KPIs (CTR, CPL, conversion rates).
  6. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and basic analytics.
  7. Self-motivated with a growth mindset and keen attention to detail.
Location & Compensation

Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Pay range: $54,525 - $72,700

This range is an estimate based on various factors including experience, skills, and location. Pay is commensurate with qualifications.
