Phoenix Contact E-Mobility, Inc., (Ann Arbor, MI) is seeking an Associate Market Segment Manager – Automotive to provide engineering guidance on Inlet vehicle programs; lead the acquisition of new projects with guidance, clarify customer needs and development of specifications in cooperation with customers and specialist departments. The position requires the minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related Engineering field, and 5 years' progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or any related occupation, to include: 5 years’ experience in Sales and Program Management in the automotive industry; 5 years’ experience working on E-Mobility projects involving charge controllers, communications, programming, and EV & EVSE Regulations; 5 years’ experience working on Automotive Production projects related to stamping, body shop, painting and final assembly; 5 years’ experience working with PLCs and Industrial Networks in both wired and wireless communications modalities; and 5 years’ experience working with IEC 61131 and SCADA systems. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted. Employee will be required to travel 35% of the time on domestic and international trips lasting 1-2 weeks in duration.
