Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all related products
• Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping and navigation procedures
• Promote the safe and effective use of medical technology products and related procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive business growth
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify and strategize sales opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or an Associate degree with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and occasionally outside it
• Proven experience in a clinical or technical support role within the cardiac field
• Ability to manage physical demands of the job, including mobility and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of experience in the cardiac field
• Graduation from a Cardiac Prep program such as ATI or PrepMD
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Familiarity with the use of cardiac mapping technology
