Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) in Pullman, WA is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor for either Day Shift (6:00am–2:30pm) or Swing Shift (2:30pm–11:00pm). The role directs production objectives, mentors staff, and upholds SEL culture while driving improvements through data.

You will lead a diverse team, focus on safety, quality and delivery, and model our World Class Manufacturing principles. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential.

This is an opportunity to join the Pullman Boards & Components Day Shift or Swing Shift team. The schedule will be Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm (Day Shift) or Monday - Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm (Swing Shift).

As an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor, a typical day might include the following:

• Managing department indicators and providing clear direction to meet production objective.

Pay Range Data

We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for this position is $29.18 - $43.08 per hour. Swing shift supervisors will also receive a shift differential of $3.00 per hour on top of the starting wage.
