Associate Manufacturing Operator

Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Operator

Location: Marana, AZ

Terms: Contract

Salary/Rate: $18.08/hour


Summary:

The individual in this role contributes to producing reliable products and supplies with effective operations in an empowered organization. This contractor role is responsible for operating automated equipment and systems to perform a wide variety of tasks related to assembly, printing, fill and kit-pack manufacturing operations.


Education/Experience:

  1. High School Diploma/GED, required
  2. Associates Degree (preferred)
  3. 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in GMP environment
  4. Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment, preferred
  5. Experience with validated software systems used to maintain Quality, Inventory, and Processes, preferred
  6. Familiarity with sensors, motors, cylinders, etc., and with use of hand tools and test equipment, preferred

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  1. Demonstrated experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement
  2. Experience with Google products (Gmail, gSheets, gDoc, etc), preferred
  3. Experience with SAP preferred
  4. Ability to read, write and comprehend English
  5. Ability to be agile and accurate in a high-volume environment
  6. Strong organizational skills, planning skills and attention to detail
  7. Strong communication skills - written, verbal
  8. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
  9. Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tasks and daily production goals
  10. Ability to use the technology associated with the industry
  11. Ability to use precision tools
  12. Ability to have prompt, regular and reliable worksite attendance
