Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is hiring an Associate, Manufacturing Engineering in Clifton, NJ. You will participate in designing, analyzing, and improving manufacturing plans and tools to support product delivery.

The role requires pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering or related field, with opportunities for professional growth and relocation support as applicable.

Qualifications

• Eligible to pursue or have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects
• Design, develop and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systems
• Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes
• Interface with engineering to coordinate the release of new products
• Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines
• Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
