Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to support operations in Aiken, SC. The role focuses on developing and improving manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets within a high‑performing culture.

The position offers a compressed work schedule (Monday through Thursday) and requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experience. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or engineering technology, or 4 years of engineering experience in design, assembly or manufacture of internal combustion engines.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assistance and support to assembly processes.
• Assist in analyzing product designs for the best fit method of manufacturing.
• Specify tools, equipment and process to produce a part and assemble an engine.
• Document and evaluate process while identifying improvements.
• Assist in developing statistically based manufacturing control strategies.
