Job summary

Menasha Corporation's Greenville facility is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to plan and oversee equipment layouts, optimize plant efficiency, and drive continuous improvement throughout operations.

You will conduct time studies, support process technology initiatives, perform root cause analyses for downtime, and assist capital projects and mold moves across sites. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with plastics manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee equipment layouts to improve workflow and spatial utilization.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to reduce costs and bottlenecks.
• Support process technology deployment to minimize variation and improve product quality.
• Conduct time studies to optimize production capabilities and labor utilization.
• Assist in plant capital projects and mold moves as needed.
