Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assembles small electrical motors and subassemblies using hand tools and fixtures.
• Follows detailed SOPs, blueprints, and instructions.
• Performs visual and functional inspections for quality.
• Conducts basic electrical and mechanical tests as required.
• Reports defects or equipment issues to leadership.
• Completes production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintains a clean, organized workstation per 5S standards.
• Adheres to safety policies and PPE usage.
• Supports continuous improvement and team meetings.
• Meets productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small electrical motors and subassemblies using hand tools, fixtures, and semi-automated equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Conduct basic electrical and mechanical tests as required.
• Identify and report defects, process issues, or equipment malfunctions to leadership.
• Accurately complete production, quality, and traceability documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
• Adhere to all safety policies, including proper use of PPE
• Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in team meetings
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
• Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to Team Lead.

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and machinery
• Shift work and overtime may be required based on production needs
