Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Associate Manager, Warehouse in Austin, TX. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control, and lead a team to meet safety and productivity targets.

With 4–6 years in warehouse or logistics and 1–3 years in a lead role, you will implement cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• 1–3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to warehouse staff to promote productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety practices.
• Reinforce inventory control activities and best practices, including cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, product movement, system processing, stock maintenance and organization.
• Oversee day‑to‑day order verification activities including review of picked materials, documentation, and shipment readiness.
• Ensure day-to-day warehouse organization, cleanliness, and material staging meet safety standards and support efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inventory availability, order, or delivery-related issues.
• Coordinate daily shipping activities, including loading and securing trucks, to ensure safe handling, accurate staging, and timely outbound deliveries.
