SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement organic SEO strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues
Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends
Keyword Management
Perform keyword research to identify high-value opportunities
Maintain and optimize keyword lists for various content types
Collaborate with content creators to ensure keyword integration and relevance
Blog Strategy & Content Creation
Lead blog strategy to support SEO and brand storytelling
Coordinate with writers and designers to produce engaging, optimized blog content
Track blog performance and adjust strategy based on analytics
Online Reputation Management
Monitor and report on online reviews across platforms (Google, etc.)
Identify trends and escalate reputation risks to relevant stakeholders
Develop strategies to encourage positive reviews and manage negative feedback
Google Business Profile (GBP) Management
Own GBP strategy across locations, including optimization and post creation
Monitor GBP insights and performance metrics
Ensure consistency and accuracy of business information across listings
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the site content team to align SEO goals with web content
Partner with the organic social team to amplify SEO-driven content
Coordinate with paid SEO/SEM teams to ensure holistic search strategy
Performance Metrics
Organic traffic growth and conversion rates
Keyword ranking improvements
Blog engagement and conversion rates
Review sentiment and volume trends
GBP visibility and engagement metrics
Cross-team project delivery timelines
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of experience in SEO and/or online reputation management
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc)
Strong writing and editing skills
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress, etc)
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Familiarity with local SEO and multi-location business listings
