ICF International in New Jersey seeks an Associate Manager, Program Operations to lead the operations for residential energy efficiency programs. You will manage invoicing accuracy, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with program rules while driving process improvements.

You will oversee a team of Operations Specialists, engage with clients and vendors, and contribute to monthly accruals and forecasts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analysis, Environmental Studies, Energy, or related discipline (or substitute 1 year of related experience per year of education).
• 3+ years of energy efficiency, utility, data analysis, operations and/or related experience.

• Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all program invoices to the client.
• Ensure every customer's project is processed in compliance with all program calculations, policies and procedures.

Associate Manager, Program Operations

Location: NJ Remote - Candidates must be located in NJ

We are seeking a qualified candidate to provide program operations support as an Associate Manager, Program Operations for ICF's energy efficiency division, supporting residential energy efficiency programs in New Jersey.

You will report to the East Region Director of Program Operations and work closely with a cross-functional team of program implementation, IT, and reporting personnel and external stakeholders. You will contribute to program success through accurate and timely application reviews, continuous process improvements, and client deliverables.

What you will be doing:

• Support the implementation of PSE&G's Income Qualified Home Weatherization program.

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analysis, Environmental Studies, Energy or related discipline (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education).
• 3+ years of relevant experience of energy efficiency, utility, data analysis, operations and/or related experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with demonstrated experience in Excel, including advanced skills.
