Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Waco, TX is seeking an Associate Manager, Operations Management to lead the Master Production Schedule team. You will align contract needs with site capacity while guiding budgets, staffing, and continuous process improvements.

You will oversee demand scheduling, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination across functions to ensure an executable, efficient schedule and on-time program execution. A US Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years in Scheduling or Production Control; graduate degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years working with SAP.

Job Description

This position will be responsible to manage the growing team of Demand Schedulers. This team maintains the L3Harris Waco Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure alignment to contract needs as well as available capacity for the site. This position will be responsible for maintaining budgets, providing bid support, and increasing the efficiency of our scheduling processes. E3 will be a significant responsibility of this role.
