LinkedIn is seeking an Associate Monetization Strategy Manager to accelerate Growth for Talent Solutions. You will lead monetization initiatives, partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and BizOps, and drive pricing, packaging and GTM execution on a global scale.

LinkedIn Monetization Strategy team is looking for an Associate Monetization Strategy Manager to help accelerate growth and improve go-to-market strategy for our Talent Solutions business (~$7B+ in Revenue). This individual will work closely with leaders in our marketing, sales, finance, and product organizations to help craft new business models, define monetization strategies for new offerings, optimize packaging & pricing for existing offers, and develop global processes to ensure successful pricing execution. Serve as Talent Solutions monetization strategy lead for a set of products and sales channels/segments where you will lead 1-2 monetization strategy initiatives from design through implementation.
Analyze and track performance of commercial model initiatives and provide insights and recommendations to improve programs, influence strategy, prioritization and processes.
Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Product Marketing and BizOps to determine:
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Ops and Systems to develop Go-To-Market and implementation plans to support global rollout of new commercial offers.
Leverage hypothesis-driven analyses to evaluate pricing and packaging opportunities
Build analytical models to inform, size and influence pricingstrategy and to help support sub-workstreams of pricing and packaging strategy initiatives
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative customer research to transform insights into recommendations and inform pricing and packaging decisions.
Measure and track monetization performance to enable continuous improvements to our pricing and packaging.
Develop process foundations to improve price governance, execution, escalation processes, market validation, customer outcomes & decision making
2+ Years of Pricing, BizOps, Business Strategy, Finance, Business Analytics and/or Go-To-Market Strategy experience at a SaaS company or similar experience at analytical role.
BA/BS degree in economics, management science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related field.
Experience building financial models in Excel
Experience leveraging numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making

The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $145,000 Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
