  • Build & Own – Crafting a framework for approaching Occasions GTM strategy and monetization will not be easy. You must be comfortable with ambiguity & embrace the challenge of having multiple paths forward and many right answers.
  • Operate at the Lowest Level of Detail – You don’t hesitate to get in the weeds and operate at the lowest level of detail, but you’re just as comfortable thinking long-term and inspiring a cross-functional team.
  • Creatively Problem Solve – You’re a creative problem-solver who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. Your job will be to make sure we create a best in class experience that delights our customers and creates value for every advertiser.
  • Lead & Advocate – This will be a major focus area for DoorDash in 2026 and beyond, and this leader will play a critical role in shaping how we build and scale. They must be able to advocate for the business, measure success, ask for help when needed, and lead team members across functions—including Ads, Marketing, Product, and Analytics—to deliver results.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, go-to-market strategy or monetization roles (preferably within consumer tech or marketplaces).

Compensation and benefits information is provided in the job posting and may include base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. The national base pay range listed is $98,600 - $145,000 USD and is localized by work location. For more details, contact a recruiter.
