Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Logistics Transformation Leader to drive DC startups, network changes, system implementations, and 3PL transitions across the supply chain.

You will partner with IT, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design future-state processes, and ensure successful adoption with measurable improvements.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Data analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support logistics transformation initiatives: DC startups, network changes, system implementations, 3PL transitions.
  • Partner with IT, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Legal and others to design future-state processes.
  • Analyze logistics data to support decisions across distribution, transport, inventory, orders, quality, reporting.
  • Drive project execution: planning, testing, UAT, training, change management, go-live support.
  • Track milestones, risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables; report to teams and leadership.
  • Document current-state processes and design future-state solutions; capture lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with business and IT to develop requirements, testing strategies, and system solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues for adoption and stability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and 3PLs for alignment and communication.
  • Support development and execution of Stryker's logistics roadmap and improvements.
  • Monitor and report key metrics: schedule adherence, budget, and launch readiness.

  • Partner with IT, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design future-state processes, and successfully execute transformation projects.
  • Analyze logistics and supply chain data to support project decisions across distribution, transportation, inventory, order management, quality, and reporting functions.
  • Drive project execution activities including planning, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, change management, cutover readiness, and go-live support.
  • Track project milestones, risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables while providing updates to project teams and leadership.
  • Support process mapping and continuous improvement efforts by documenting current-state processes, designing future-state solutions, and applying lessons learned across programs.
  • Collaborate with business and IT partners to develop business requirements, testing strategies, and system solutions that support operational objectives.
  • Provide post-implementation support by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving issues to ensure successful adoption and operational stability.
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful project outcomes.
  • Support the development and execution of Stryker's logistics transformation roadmap and continuous improvement strategy.
  • Monitor and report on key project and operational metrics including schedule adherence, budget performance, and launch readiness.

Required –
  • 6+ years of experience (4+ years in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Operations or related fields)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent
  • Data analytical skills
  • Fluency English

  • PowerBI experience (designing and interpreting reports)

  • USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
  • US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual
  • US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
  • US15: $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual
  • US20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual
  • US30: $116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual
