DoorDash's mission is to grow and empower local economies. DoorDash for Business (DDfB) is our B2B line of business, connecting companies with seamless meal and catering solutions for their teams. In this role, you'll be the engine behind improving our self‑serve onboarding experience for customers and optimizing the experience throughout the funnel. You'll work cross‑functionally with Product, Strategy & Ops, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing (CRM) and analytics to ensure we are fully optimized to onboard, activate and retain self‑serve customers.
