Job summary

Yum! Brands, based in Louisville, KY, seeks an Associate Manager, External Reporting to oversee the accuracy of financial data in SEC filings and external communications. The role partners with Investor Relations, Legal, Treasury, and IT to ensure precise reporting.

You will manage the $12 billion debt portfolio, support Form 10-Q/10-K processes, and lead cross-functional financial disclosures. Strong Excel skills and a BS in Accounting are required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting, consolidation or financial reporting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience and computer literacy.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion HFM, FCCS, JD Edwards and Workiva.

Responsibilities

• Drive accuracy of Yum! financial data in external communications and earnings releases.
• Support Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings, validating footnotes and MD&A.
• Oversee accounting and reporting for the $12B debt portfolio and related instruments.
• Manage global models and consolidated Yum! reporting processes and MD&A decks.
• Assist during financial close and tight deadlines.
