Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced SAP PP consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA implementation experience to support global transformation and manufacturing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end SAP Production Planning, cross-functional integration with EWM, FICO, WM, MM, data migration, and ensure adherence to global design standards in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Travel up to 50% is required for rollout projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP project experience with deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Strong knowledge of organizational structure, master data, and PP/Execution in discrete manufacturing.
• Experience integrating SAP PP with EWM, FICO, WM, MM; 2+ end-to-end SAP implementations.
• 2+ SAP S/4HANA rollout projects; ability to run Fit-to-Template/Explore workshops.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills.

• Design, configure, and support SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze business requirements and provide scalable, global template-aligned solutions.
• Lead Fit-to-Template and Explore workshops during rollout projects.
• Drive end-to-end SAP implementations including design, build, test, deploy, and support.
• Coordinate integration between SAP PP and EWM, FICO, WM, MM.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA implementation experience to support global transformation and manufacturing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Production Planning processes, cross-functional SAP integration, and end-to-end project delivery within manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Analyze business requirements and provide scalable solutions aligned with customer needs and global template standards.
• Participate in Fit-to-Template and Explore workshops during SAP S/4HANA rollout projects.
• Lead and support full lifecycle SAP implementations, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Drive integration activities between SAP PP and other SAP modules including EWM, FICO, WM, and MM.
• Support manufacturing planning and execution processes for discrete manufacturing environments.
• Manage and support master data, production planning, Kanban processes, and graphical planning board activities.
• Assist in data migration activities involving master data and transactional data using standard SAP toolsets.
• Act as a "Template Defender" to ensure compliance with global design standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources throughout project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP project experience with deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Strong knowledge of: Organizational Structure SAP Master Data Production Planning & Execution Discrete Manufacturing Kanban Processes Graphical Planning Board
• Experience integrating SAP PP with: SAP EWM SAP FICO SAP WM SAP MM
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP end-to-end implementations.
• Minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA rollout projects.
• Experience conducting Fit-to-Template and Explore workshops.
• Experience providing business-focused SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Experience with data migration concepts, master data, and transaction object migration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating SAP with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Planning and Control (LMPC).
• Experience in global template deployment projects.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A senior SAP PP functional consultant who can lead SAP S/4HANA manufacturing implementations, drive business process improvements, support global template deployments, and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Travel Requirement

Up to 50% travel required, including approximately 10-12 weeks of travel during a 6-9-month rollout period.

Compensation

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $84,400 - $156,800. Full‑time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
