Walgreens is seeking a Photo Digital Commerce Associate Category Manager to drive photo operations, retail execution, and customer experience across the store network. The role partners with cross-functional teams to plan and execute photo strategies aligning with business objectives.
The candidate will manage large-scale photo initiatives, analyze performance data, and lead improvements to digital merchandising, promotions, and content across channels. Travel up to 10% may be required.
The Photo Digital Commerce Associate Category Manager (ACM) supports the overall Photo Business and plays a critical role in driving retail execution, operational excellence, and customer experience across the store network. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to develop, plan, and execute photo operations strategies that align with organizational objectives and business growth initiatives.
A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in retail photofinishing operations, large-scale equipment deployments, store conversions, and new technology implementations. Proven success managing complex projects from planning through execution, including coordinating installation schedules, vendor partnerships, training rollouts, troubleshooting efforts, and post-installation validation activities. Demonstrates strong project management skills while effectively balancing multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
Experienced in analyzing operational and financial performance data, monitoring project spend, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights and executive-level updates that improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience. Skilled in developing and executing digital merchandising strategies, streamlining processes, resolving complex operational issues, and driving business results through collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Possesses a strong understanding of retail KPIs, trend analysis, and customer-focused merchandising programs that increase engagement, drive loyalty, and support overall business performance. Recognized for exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, identify and resolve business challenges in a timely manner, and effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Experienced in public speaking, presenting to leadership and cross-functional teams, creating impactful PowerPoint presentations, and leading external vendor relationships to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. Retail Photo Experience preferred

An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $58,500 and $125,125 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law. This job posting will remain open for 5 days from the job posting date.
