DashMart is a rapidly growing business vertical within DoorDash, that operates micro-fulfillment centers throughout the United States. We offer fresh & local groceries and household essential items to our customers, and do so reliably and rapidly. The Workforce Operations team supports our DashMart ventures by creating labor, efficiency, and workforce management solutions that power our hourly associates and operational leaders to operate efficiently and meet customer needs.
We are seeking an Associate Manager to manage our labor modeling and finance reporting, to fill a growing demand within DashMart as the company continues to expand. In this role you will 1/ address gaps and demands that exist within our existing labor data system, 2/ focus on dashboarding and data architecture creation, 3/ support cross-functional partners.
We operate in a hybrid model with some in-office time depending on individual preference, and will require up to 20% travel time to spend time working alongside local ops. You will report into the Manager, DashMart Data Governance within our DashMart New Business Verticals organization.
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
