(C) Management Inc., a division of MJH Lifesciences, Inc., is a leading association management firm dedicated to providing comprehensive services to a diverse portfolio of professional and non-profit associations in the healthcare space. We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Manager of Corporate Relations to join our team and contribute to the success of our education program portfolio, as part of the business development division for our oncology clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee exhibit applications, corporate membership renewals, grants portal submissions, and related correspondence.
  2. Assist with Corporate Member renewals and fulfillment/tracking of benefits deliverables.
  3. Provide onsite support for Oncology State Society events, managing exhibits and industry interactions.
  4. Build relationships and rapport with corporate members and other industry representatives.
  5. Maintain forms, department logs, and website updates annually.
  6. Respond to Corporate Member inquiries and contractual requests with excellent customer service.
  7. Develop and distribute logistical details for State Oncology Society Meetings and other sponsored events.
  8. Provide progress reports to Oncology State Society Account Executives.
  9. Ensure CRM compliance.
  10. Collaborate effectively across departments and client teams.
  11. Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. Experience: 2+ years in sales, business development, marketing, or project/program management preferred.
  3. Experience with non-profits within the pharmaceutical/healthcare fields is a plus.

  3. Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines.

  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Teams/Zoom.
  7. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and project management tools (Workfront) is a plus.
  8. Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is beneficial.
  9. Open to new projects and expanding existing ones.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  11. Travel up to 20% for event management.
