Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve business issues related to compensation program development and administration
  • Provide consultative support on job evaluations, leveling, market pricing, and internal equity for roles across the organization
  • Lead the administration of various short-term incentive programs, ensuring compliance with policies and business goals
  • Collaborate on the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews and incentive payouts
  • Guide and mentor junior team members on compensation-related matters
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, with knowledge across multiple practice areas
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a large, complex, publicly traded organization
  • Foundational compensation design expertise across multiple practice areas
  • Experience using market pricing tools in a global environment
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS, preferably Workday
  • Proven ability to develop and run queries and reports from HR systems
