Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve business issues related to compensation program development and administration
- Provide consultative support on job evaluations, leveling, market pricing, and internal equity for roles across the organization
- Lead the administration of various short-term incentive programs, ensuring compliance with policies and business goals
- Collaborate on the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews and incentive payouts
- Guide and mentor junior team members on compensation-related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, with knowledge across multiple practice areas
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a large, complex, publicly traded organization
- Foundational compensation design expertise across multiple practice areas
- Experience using market pricing tools in a global environment
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS, preferably Workday
- Proven ability to develop and run queries and reports from HR systems
