Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking an Associate Manager for Scarlet & Gray Success to lead a multi‑area engagement portfolio for students and alumni. You will supervise staff, translate strategy into workplans, and ensure cross‑portfolio coordination for connected constituent experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Constituent Experiences, you will oversee budgets, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with alumni clubs to advance lifelong engagement and professional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or Non‑profit management.
• Three (3) years of relevant fundraising and/or program management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and project management (from desired qualifications).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for a portfolio spanning student engagement and alumni programs, coordinating timelines and staffing plans.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, coach staff, manage performance, and ensure resources meet goals.
• Collaborate with the Director to align priorities and coordinate across the engagement ecosystem.
