Job summary

J.Crew Factory in St. Louis is seeking an Associate Manager to join the leadership team.

You will drive profitability by delivering strong customer connections, brand loyalty, and operational excellence on the sales floor and in back-room functions. You'll collaborate with the Store Director to manage Visual Merchandising, HR, and selling strategies, mentor teammates, recruit and train staff, and ensure exceptional service while embracing flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced retail

• Have 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Director to act as a shared business owner and maximize profitability.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.).
