J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking an Associate Manager to join our leadership team. You will drive profitability by building genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement.

You’ll coach, develop, and support store associates while stepping into various roles to maintain operational excellence. You will collaborate with the Store Director to own a division, manage operations and technology, and recruit and train team members.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.

• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.

• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.)
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Support Store Director with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner with Store Director and management team to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.

Job Summary

Hourly Range: $26.25 - $32.85

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
