J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking an Associate Manager in Pasadena, CA. You will be a key member of the leadership team, driving profitability by fostering genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement.

Job Summary

As an Associate Manager, you are a key member of the leadership team. Who You Are

• Have 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.

• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.

• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.

• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.

• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.

Hourly Range: $29.25 - $36.50

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’sgeographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
