Job summary

J.Crew Group in Pennsylvania is seeking an Associate Manager to lead a store team and drive profitability through strong customer connections and brand loyalty.

You will partner with the Store Director, manage operations, recruit and develop talent, and ensure outstanding service. This role requires 3+ years in retail management and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Support Store Director with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner with Store Director and management team to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.

Job Summary

As an Associate Manager, you are a key member of the leadership team. Hourly Range: $24.00 - $30.00
